When Dreams Awaken

Once, my dreams were shadows—
hazy, drifting, undefined.
I moved through life unanchored,
without purpose, without pulse.
Then you appeared—
and the universe exhaled.
You were beauty, brilliance,
soft strength and quiet fire.
But more than who you were
was what you gave me.
Love that wrapped around my soul.
Acceptance that melted every guard.
Desire that danced beneath my skin.
Adventure that awakened my spirit.
Joy. Laughter. Intimacy.
Friendship laced with fire.
A bond that breathed both passion and peace.
With you, my dreams came alive—
no longer fragments, but full color flame.
Our stories wove together
in whispers and heartbeats,
in touches and truths.
Now, I know what forever feels like.
Two lives folded into one rhythm.
Two hearts stitched by something
greater than fate.
Yes—
dreams do come true.
And mine began with you.
